Key Responsibilities:


  • Ads Ops design and implementation: Develop and implement day to day comprehensive performance marketing strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth on Meta platforms.
  • Data Analytics & reporting: Utilize marketing and data tools such as Meta dashboard reports, Google Analytics, and Google Ads reporting to analyze campaign performance 
  • Funnel design: Construct and communicate clear insights across the entire funnel, spanning all paid channels, to drive growth effectively.
  • Martech Understanding: Utilize strong Martech understanding to design, execute, and monitor post-click funnels efficiently.
  • CRO understanding: Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques is preferred (optional).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate a creative mindset with a keen eye for copy and design elements in ads, effectively conveying insights and requirements to the creative team.
  • User Understanding: Deeply understand user behavior and preferences, tailoring content and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with recent developments, trends, features, and best practices in performance marketing methodologies.


Desired Attributes:


  • 3-5 years of consumer facing user acquisition experience through Meta in Growth stage start-up
  • Experience with writing basic integration scripts on Python / VBA / SQL is preferred 
  • Prior knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta pixels, offline conversion API,GA4 is preferred  
  • Prior experience with working on end to end conversion funnel is preferred  
  • Energetic & resilient: Display an enthusiasm to grab something and find a way forward even with obstacles in your path. Keen to roll-up your sleeves.
  • Strong communication and written skills. Comfortable presenting data in most ambiguous situations and be able to operate
  • Past experience in building a small team is a plus.
